Officials meet to discuss China-Germany relations

Yang Jiechi, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and director of the Office of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the CPC Central Committee, on Tuesday held a virtual meeting in Beijing with Jens Plotner, foreign and security policy advisor to German Chancellor Olaf Scholz at the latter's request.
The two sides exchanged views on China-Germany relations and regional and international issues of mutual concerns.
