Expats discover vibrant greenery, ecological progress in Wujiang

The group also visited the Yuandang Pedestrian Bridge that connects Qingpu district in Shanghai and Wujiang district in Jiangsu. As a key part of the pilot section of the ecological shoreline around the Yuandang Lake, the bridge is a vivid demonstration of the integrated development of economy, society and ecology.
"It's been a wonderful time with you guys," said Md Farrukh Uddin from Bangladesh. "Feeling the calming nature with new friends. Time just flew by."
The "Go Jiangsu" series of trips are organized by China Daily Website and the Information Office of Jiangsu Provincial People's Government to promote Jiangsu province to an international audience. Over 100 expats have been invited to explore different areas in the province since 2018.
