President Xi called for more efforts to vigorously develop the digital economy in his speech, which pointed the direction for future technological innovations to support China's digital transformation. China, guided by an innovation-driven development strategy, has become a key force leading global technological innovations, business transformation and economic recovery.

Microsoft has been not only beefing up its investment in China, but also leveraging globally advanced technologies, services, experiences and resources to actively participate in the digital transformation of various industries across China. While Microsoft is actively promoting co-innovations locally, the company is also strengthening talent cultivation in the country.

President Xi also called for more global cooperation in green and low-carbon development. Microsoft will also shoulder the social responsibility of a technology company and deepen cooperation with local clients and partners, to offer more diverse services and solutions related to low-carbon environmental protection and sustainable development, so as to contribute to a better future that can be shared by all mankind.
