Luxury brand Coach unveiled its winter collection at a runway show at the Shanghai Exhibition Center on Thursday.

The show was the first time since 2018 the brand unveiled a global collection in Shanghai.

"For Coach, China is a vital driving force for growth and prosperity of the fashion industry. Its tremendous potential and passion of its consumer market inspire global brands to keep innovating and investing in the country," said Yann Bozec, President and CEO of Coach China.

"The Shanghai runway debut will present the latest winter collection, while also showcasing Coach's commitment to China. We hope to deepen our bond with Chinese consumers and meet their aspirations for a better life," Bozec added.

According to Stuart Vevers, creative director of Coach, the winter collection builds on the Fall collection's focus on comfort, softness, tactility, and layering juxtaposed with retro sports and outdoor winter inspiration.

"I've made a commitment to approach seasonality in a more honest, authentic way. The collection will build on the vision shown in the fall collection to further reimagine how we tell stories, entertain, and bring joy," said Vevers.
