Seniors: Pursuing beauty and wisdom

In recent years, new courses provided by colleges for seniors people, such as modeling and yoga, have attracted a growing number of older women. While still taking care of their families and doing housework, these women also want to keep fit, stay beautiful and become their own "better selves" by learning to take "catwalk" steps or learning to assume yoga postures, even though they're getting older.
In their opinion, child care and family issues do not represent their entire retired lives, and they want unflattering stereotypes of older people, including weakness and untidiness, to be scrapped. They believe women have the right to pursue beauty and be themselves, irrespective of age.
