Zhang Lili, a member of the post-1970 generation who started to work in coastal cities at the age of 19, returned home to establish her own garment factory to revitalize the development of her hometown in Huagang town, Feixi county, Hefei city, Anhui province.

Knowing how hard it is to work far from home, Zhang employed many women living in the surrounding area, making it easier for them to work and take care of their families at the same time.

To these women, Zhang is not only a boss but also a multitasking chef, purchasing food and cooking for all the staff members. When the number of orders surges, she also works day and night with the team.

Zhang is also an amiable and kind person, as the staff members will seek help from her whenever they face difficulties.

Zhang has witnessed great changes taking place in her hometown since she returned home. She would like to make all women have more sense of gain in their lives and work, and work together to contribute to the revitalization of the countryside, Zhang said.
