Xu Can, China's WBA featherweight world champion, has joined in on the "10-second challenge". In the video, Xu punches 111 times in 10 seconds, using both hands at a high speed.
As planned, Xu Can, who has defended his title twice, will have a unified battle with IBF world featherweight champion Josh Warrington this year. The key to Xu's victory is his high frequency of continuous punching.
