CAAC Issues First Circuit Breaker Order

The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) posted the first circuit breaker order on 14 June, ten days after the issuance of the CAAC Notice on Adjustments to International Passenger Flights.
On 11 June, 17 passengers arriving in Guangzhou by CZ392 of China Southern Airlines from Dhaka of Bangladesh tested positive in the nucleic acid test for COVID-19. This triggered the circuit breaker according to the rules set in the 4 June Notice, and the CAAC decided to activate the corresponding measure of suspending the flights on the route for four weeks starting from 22 June.
