Zhang Jindong, chairman of Suning Holdings Group and deputy to the National People's Congress, made five proposals this year, which cover diversified areas including rural revitalization, data sharing, green logistics, and small and micro enterprise financing.

Zhang proposed establishing the C2M or customers-to-manufacturers business model and integrating advantages of both online and offline to promote sales.

He also proposed speeding up the digital economy infrastructure construction to promote the socialized sharing of public data, strengthening the coordination of the industrial chain to make financing easier for small and micro enterprises, and building smart communities.
