ZS Institute is a public welfare culture promotion institution that focuses on corporate culture building through family construction. Inspired by "the extension of innate knowledge" theory proposed by Wang Yangming, a Chinese Neo-Confucian philosopher, the institute absorbs quintessence from Chinese cultures and is known for its "soul–way–morality–work" quartet for the purpose of spiritual cultivation.
