Eatery celebrates Michelin award

Argentine chef Mauro Colagreco's three-Michelin-starred restaurant, Mirazur, is No 1 on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list 2019. To celebrate this achievement, Mirazur's sister restaurant, Azur, in Beijing has developed a special menu, featuring Colagreco's signature dishes, including Gillardeau No 2 oysters with a pear reduction - a rich and creamy starter paired with the freshness and sweet essences of the pear.
