MOSCOW - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov conveyed President Vladimir Putin's words of support and solidarity to his "friend" Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro Friday at talks with visiting Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodriguez.
