A heavenly winter indulgence

Inspired by Italian casual-luxury fashion brand Miss Sixty's signature Angel Collection, the Pearl Lounge in Guangzhou is offering "winter angel afternoon tea "until the end of February. Executive pastry chef Calvin Sia introduces a wonderland of indulgence, from signature elements to bite-sized treats. Earl Grey tea cakes are light chocolate mousse cakes with cream and Earl Grey, presented in the shape of red lips. Petit chocolate-log cakes are made with pistachio and Valrhona chocolate with almond-chocolate crisp liberally mixed in.
