Wang Wei, deputy of the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture, Radio, Film and TV, emphasized the city's strong ties with the Chinese film and TV industry.

Tamás Kovács, CEO of Hungarian TV station ATV, says the Belt and Road Initiative is built on mutual trust and appreciation. The Hungarian film and TV industry feels excited to strengthen cultural exchanges with China. He believes the SFATD will foster international cooperation in related fields.

First launched in 2015, SFATD has invited experts from more than 60 countries to China, starting many translation projects to help Chinese TV and motion pictures go abroad.
