2 Evaluate online car-hailing service quality
The quality of online car-hailing services will be evaluated starting June 1, using the latest methods to evaluate taxi service quality, and will be effective for three years. Any driver scored under three will be required to get training, and a file of taxi driver's service quality credits will also be established, according to the regulation.
