The Chinese film Us and Them is an upcoming youth drama directed by Chinese singer-actress Rene Liu in her directorial debut.

Following the love story about two strangers who travel home and meet on the train by accident, the film starring actor Jing Boran and actress Zhou Dongyu will come to theaters on April 28.

The film was shot in the winter of 2017 in Hailar, one of China's coldest places.

Ahead of its official release, Us and Them has been widely discussed on social media. That’s not surprising because the director, actor and actress all are famous in the entertainment circle. But additionally, the film’s theme – touching upon young love and dreams – has already captured the hearts of many moviegoers.

Meanwhile, pop singers Eason Chan and Hebe Tien sang the theme song for the movie, which has become popular on many music platforms in China.
