China's largest mobile-based car-booking company plans to speed up its overseas business. According to US media site Techcrunch, Didi has acquired Brazil’s ride-hailing app 99.

On Dec 21, the company confirmed new funding of $4 billion. Currently, Didi's value exceeds $56 billion.
