China's Caixin service PMI rebounds

BEIJING -- China's service sector activity accelerated in October, a private survey showed Friday.
The Caixin General Services Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) rebounded to 51.2 in October from 50.6 in September, according to the survey conducted by financial information service provider Markit and sponsored by Caixin Media Co Ltd.
A reading above 50 indicates expansion, while a reading below reflects contraction.
