China's Internet Plus plan welcomes global participation: premier

DALIAN -- China's Internet Plus plan welcomes the participation of foreign enterprises, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said on Wednesday, vowing to open wider in the sector.
He made the remarks when meeting with world business leaders during the Annual Meeting of the New Champions 2017, also called Summer Davos, in the northeastern coastal city of Dalian.
