Xiongan will help build a world-class city cluster. Currently, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city cluster does not have a large enough economic scale and disparities between the cities are big.
At central and southern Hebei province, there isn't a "strong" city and quality of urbanization across Hebei needs improvement.
