Consul general honors veterans
Luo Linquan, Chinese consul general in San Francisco, visits four World War II veterans living in the city, Stockton and Angels Camp, California, on Aug 20. He presented bouquets, certificates and souvenirs to the veterans for their 'heroic deeds and meritorious contributions during the war'.
