Insurance Corp gets first Olympic tickets(CRIENGLISH.com)Updated: 2007-01-05 09:06 The clients of the People's Insurance Company of China (PICC) will be the first people who can get tickets for the Beijing Olympics in 2008. Beijing Times reports the PICC, the official insurance partner for the Games, ran an Olympics-themed competition for its policy-holders. A total of 2,550 vouchers for the Games, including 50 for the closing ceremony, have been presented to the winners. The winners will be able to trade their vouchers for real tickets when the Olympic tickets go on sale. The company's chairman says the PICC plans to send more than 10,000 vouchers to its clients. Eleven companies have signed up as event partners with the Beijing Olympics organizer. They will be granted priority access to tickets
